When the manufacture of an injection molded disc changes the color of the plastic in a run of discs, sometimes remnants of the old color is captured in the first of the new run. This process causes a sand dollar design in the center of a very small percentage of these transitional blended discs. This is a rare Blueberry Mako has a sand dollar design that can be seen when the disc is backlit. Normally Star discs are opaque and light does not shine through them. This disc may be a Star/Champion Hybrid.
